Cancellation & Order Change Fees
We devote time and money to prepare all orders that are placed on our site, even before shipment. After the order is placed, whether online or over the phone, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee if you decide to cancel or substitute products. There is no fee for adding additional items to your order. By placing the order you agree to pay the 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee also applies to firearms and safes purchased internationally.
Item Availability
Occasionally we have only one item in stock and multiple customers order it. We will honor the first order with credit card information. If we run out of stock we will cancel the order and refund the purchase. If you do not provide your credit card information we will not hold your items. As a result, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable to you. Once credit card information is provided we will set the item(s) aside with your name on it. We will not charge credit card if paying with a cashiers check/money order unless you cancel your order. If your item is sold to another customer and you have sent a cashiers check/money orders we will refund your money.
Online Price & Description Errors
Our inventory changes daily. Occasionally an item may appear online by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error free. However, we do our best to accurately describe all items. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders of items with errors in the description or price. In the event we cancel an order we will not charge your credit card or we will refund the money. If an item’s description contains an error such as an incorrect price we will notify the customer before processing the shipment.
Shipping
We will ship to you within 2-3 business days unless an item is out of stock. You may contact us for approximate lead times. Please note that all lead times are estimates. Some items are unique and hard to obtain, so AdvantageTradingPost.com reserves the right to cancel your order should the item become unavailable for shipment. Note, we cannot guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive intact (all damaged goods are reported to the carrier). We do insure all items against loss and damage. We ship via USPS and UPS unless otherwise requested. Note, use of other carriers may increase shipping charge. If you require faster shipment, we can ship 2nd day or Overnight for an additional charge. Alaska and Hawaii residents- your orders MUST ship 2nd day or faster.
We will not ship any firearms or safes internationally, sorry for the inconvenience.
NOTE: We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. In some circumstances, especially during sales, holidays and after weekends, we may not get your order shipped in the time specified. Please rest assured that we will ship your item as soon as we can.
Policies
All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Pictures of New items are generic and might not match exactly. Refer to written description of the item. Specifications given are from the manufacturers and importers and we reserve the right to modify our information provided herein.

Prices are rarely incorrect but we retain the right to refuse any transaction pending the correction of pricing.
Prices for items not in stock at time of order are subject to price change prior to delivery.
We notify customers of any error via e-mail. We are not responsible for email transmission errors.
Tax rate applies to all Utah sales.

Firearms
We will not ship firearms directly to you. They are required to be sent to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer, who will perform all necessary background checks and additional paperwork required in your area. It is your responsibility to contact your FFL dealer to make sure of their policies, procedures and any applicable fees they might charge. Nearly all dealers will accept a transfer for you. Most charge a fee of $25.00-$50.00. It is also your responsibility to find out if a firearm is legal to own in your area. We require a signed copy of your dealer’s license and they can either mail, email or fax us a signed copy. Our fax number is 801-731-3310. E-mail us a scanned copy at support@advantagetradingpost.com. It is important to make sure that your name and order number are with the dealer’s license so that we know to apply it with your order.
Forms of Payment
Credit Card: You can order your product online using our secure server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All products must include the billing address on the credit card.
Cashiers Checks/Money Orders: You can place an online order and choose Cashiers Check/Money Order as the payment option. We do not accept electronic check transfers or personal checks. Once the cashiers check/money order has been received and cleared the bank your product will be shipped. Send check or money order to:

Special Orders
Special order items require a 50% deposit. Left Hand or custom items are non returnable and orders may not be cancelled once we have acquired your item. Special order deposits are charged immediately, no exceptions. If the order is cancelled on a special order item, then Advantage Trading Post will refund all deposited funds, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the item. Some items may require payment in full, but these are noted on the listing. Special order items are non returnable but in most cases are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Left Hand items are non returnable. Optics are not returnable for a refund.
Ammunition
To order handgun/rifle ammo please fax or mail a copy of your ID (we will not accept an email), showing your age, and a signed statement that reads “I am over 21 (18 for rifle ammo) and there are no laws prohibiting me from owning ammo.” No ammo sales to AK, IL, HI or MA or to a PO Box. Heavy or bulky items will have an extra shipping charge.
